An open mic night of storytelling and other narrative-based forms for adult audiences, at the London Hospital Tavern in Whitechapel, London.Contemporary and inclusive, Tales at the Tavern is a safe space to celebrate story in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, with some the best story-lovers in London! Free entry, no ticket required and all welcome.

WHERE: Upstairs at the London Hospital Tavern (right opposite Whitechapel Tube Station)
TIME: 19:15 for a 19:30 start / ends by 21:30 (including interval)
Open-mic slots of up 10 mins (approx) for performers, on a first come first served basis. To book a slot or find out more, contact Laura or Niall.
*NEW: Sometimes, we give some space to tellers with something longer form to test. Also bookable in advance.
As well as amazing stories and general joy, the Tavern does great food and drinks, and is a lovely welcoming place to be.

Niall Moorjani is an award-winning storyteller, writer, and theatre-maker as well as founder of Tales at the Tavern.Laura Sampson tells, performs and writes while voraciously imbibing stories of all kinds. She knows lots of brilliant storytellers and wants more people to know them too.
